Information we collect

When you download and use an App, it may automatically collect information such as:

• Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
• The screens of the App you visit, the time and date of your visit and the time spent on them
• The time spent in the App
• The operating system of your device

Location

Some Apps use your device's approximate location to provide their features, for example to show times or content for where you are. An App asks for your permission before it accesses your location, and you can turn location access off at any time in your device settings. The Apps do not collect your precise location in the background.

Where an App uses location, it may use it for:

• Location-based features: personalized content, relevant recommendations and other features that depend on where you are.
• Analytics and improvements: aggregated, anonymized location data helps us understand usage, spot trends and improve the App.
• Third-party services: we may periodically share anonymized location data with external services that help us improve the App.

Some Apps let you create an account or contact us. In that case we may ask for personally identifiable information such as your email address, name, surname and password. We keep this information and use it as described in this policy, including to send you important information, required notices and, where allowed, updates about the App.

Third-party services

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically shared with external services to help us improve the Apps. Depending on the App, it may use third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob
• Mapbox

Disclosure

We may disclose information you provide and information collected automatically:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or a similar legal process;
• when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with trusted service providers who work on our behalf, do not use the information independently, and have agreed to follow the rules in this policy.

Opting out

You can stop all collection of information by an App by uninstalling it, using the standard uninstall process of your device or app store.

Data retention and deletion

We keep information you provide for as long as you use the App and for a reasonable time afterwards. To have it deleted, email info@haccoo.dev and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The Apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from them. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we delete it from our servers immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and know that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@haccoo.dev.

Security

We take the confidentiality of your information seriously and use physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and keep.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will announce changes by updating this page, so please review it regularly. Continued use of an App after a change means you accept the updated policy.

By using an App, you consent to the processing of your information as described in this policy, now and as amended.
